The purpose of MMFHC is to promote fair housing throughout the State of Wisconsin by combating illegal housing discrimination and by creating and maintaining racially and economically integrated housing patterns.

Description
The purpose of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Fair Housing Council (MMFHC) is to promote fair housing throughout the State of Wisconsin by combating illegal housing discrimination and by creating and maintaining racially and economically integrated housing patterns. This is done through utilizing volunteers to find out different locations who are practing housing discrimination that can be followed up through law suits.

On-Going: Bank of America vs. Black and Latino Neighborhoods
Foreclosure crisis and reinforcing segregation in 1,260 Bank of America owned properties in 30 metropolitan areas and 201 cities throughout the United States.
WIN: Pewaukee case where they were told that their apartment complex did not allow children.
WIN: Fighting for disability rights where housing provider in Franklin, Sheboygan Falls, Kenosha and Appleton refused to accommodate their residents with disabilities.
